Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times
You can choose from three shipping options at checkout. Economy shipping takes 5–8 business days and is free on orders over $59. Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days. Express shipping takes 1–2 business days.

Shipping Locations
We ship from Texas to locations within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. NEPLUX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. NEPLUX is not liable for packages lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Liability
By placing an order, you agree that NEPLUX’s liability for shipping is limited to replacing the item or issuing a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
