Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders shipped within the United States. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@neplux.com. Approved returns must be sent to the following address: 110 N Interstate 35, Suite 315-919, Round Rock, TX 78681, United States. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: sale or clearance items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, personal care or hygiene items, and hazardous or flammable materials. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not processed directly. To receive a different item, return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@neplux.com.
Try-On Disclaimer
For clothing items, we recommend trying them on at home carefully. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be accepted for return.
